Data by Transport for NSW shows that speed-related fatalities and drink-driving arrests are rising during the COVID-19 pandemic.

People killed by drunk or drugged drivers deserve justice. the language is all wrong. These are not accidents but crashes that could have been avoided. People who perpetrate these incidents are guilty of vehicular manslaughter not aggravated and dangerous driving.
