• The Madhya Pradesh High Court has allowed Twisha’s family’s plea for a second post-mortem. A medical team from AIIMS Delhi will now conduct the fresh autopsy in Bhopal. This is a huge step towards uncovering the truth.
• Samarth Singh’s anticipatory bail plea has been rejected earlier, and reports now suggest he is ready to surrender before the court.
• The Madhya Pradesh Government has also proposed transferring the case to the CBI for an independent investigation.
