Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition to hold Judge Alison Floyd accountable. Because of YOU, this movement is growing  and formal complaints have already been filed.

But we can’t stop now. Judge Floyd’s judicial misconduct has repeatedly enabled child abuse by ignoring:

⚠️ Documented domestic violence and abuse.
⚠️ Child endangering convictions, indictments and criminal records.
⚠️ CPS substantiations of neglect and abuse.
⚠️ Medical records showing injuries and trauma.
⚠️ Children’s own disclosures of fear and harm.

These reckless failures have allowed abusers to stay in control while victims are silenced. As a result, children have been hurt, hospitalized, burned, bruised — and even KILLED.

Abusers are repeatedly FILING for custody for the children they abuse, Judge Floyd is SILENT. 

Abusers are manipulating the juvenile court to gain control of their victims, Judge Floyd is SILENT

Victims of domestic violence are being coercively controlled by their abusers in the juvenile court, Judge Floyd is SILENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How disgusting... What a DISGRACE to the bench, to justice and the RULE OF LAW

This is not justice — this is abuse enabled from the bench.

⚠️ Families have been torn apart.

This must end. We’re demanding accountability, disqualification, and removal for Judge Alison Floyd.
