First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your signatures, support, and financial contributions that have helped this petition gain significant momentum! We intend to use these signatures to try to implement change in the Juvenile Court here in Cuyahoga County through legislation. We intend to partner with state representatives to try to make a difference from within!!!!!

We know many others have endured terrible treatment in Judge Alison Floyd's courtroom. Among them are those who have:

Tragically lost their lives
Lost their children’s lives
Endured harm from the criminals she allows back into society
Seen children placed with abusers or drug addicts
Suffered financial hardship due to her continued support of vexatious litigants
Been subjected to repeated abuse through her favoring of criminals and making unjust decisions by disregarding key evidence
Witnessed children suffer from sexual abuse due to inaction in her courtroom
Experienced delayed hearings and misuse of her judicial discretion
