JUSTICE FOR THE MCCULLOCH BROTHERS

An Open Letter to GlenWyvis Distillery Community Business Committee

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to draw to your attention the following

Whilst chairman of your business Mr David O’Connor started  Muir of Allangrange Ltd in 2018, he also started Ross Shire Lettings Ltd 2018 with another individual  who I am aware was your finance director at the time.

Muir of Allangrange/Mr O’Connor alongside another of his family developed plans to purchase my relatives home & farm against their will.

These matters caused Hugh, Roderick & David extreme distress.

Following a police investigation in 2017 civil actions were raised, both were successful at Inverness Sheriff Court. A new police investigation was launched in 2024.

Mr O’Connor appears in the sheriffs decree alongside his daughter who purchased Logie Farmhouse.

The development & sale of the Mccullochs Farm & assets was not on the open market & a ‘back door’ deal undervalue took place.

Mr O’Connor purchased the property & assets from Douglas Stewart & Ivan Warwick. Mr Warwick was a minister who has since been expelled by the Church of Scotland due to his involvement in the fraud.

Mr Warwick was the neighbour of GlenWyvis Distillery. He is known to be a member/investor alongside Mr O’Connor.

Whilst chairman of your distillery David O’Connor a retired police officer became the lynchpin to the sale of the Mccullochs Farm & a further development close by with your financial director. His behaviour in a trusted community position is unacceptable to me & my family. I have written to the awards forfeiture committee to bring these matters to their attention.

This open letter seeks the strongest of action against all individuals who willingly assisted in the ‘back door’ deal alongside the immediate expulsion of Mr O’Connor & Warwick from GlenWyvis Distillery community business within the wider matters seeking justice for the Mcculloch brothers who were defrauded of their farm & life savings.

Yours

Helen Fraser
