How was Logie Farm sold undervalue-who benefited from the non public sale of Logie Farm?

Due to repeated questions around who benefited from the sale of Logie Farm undervalue, not on the open market as well as who currently owns the Mccullochs Farm it is possible to say the following which is public record,
On the 2nd of July 2018 a Mr David O’Connor who at the time was chairman of the GlenWyvis Distillery started a company called Muir of Allangrange Ltd. He was & remains the sole director.
Muir of Allangrange ltd appears in multiple planning applications 2018-2024 & the land register. The sheriffs decree outlines the price paid for the farm & separately the farm house sold to a relative of Mr O’Connor.
Anyone offered property undervalue, not on the open market should ask serious questions regarding the background to such a sale & report it to the police.
Various legal remedies remain open to assess these matters fully which are being considered.
These are Disgorgement & Gratuitous alienation.
In the interest of justice & accountability these matters will be seen through to conclusion to set a clear example that this should never happen again.
