KFC Bermuda recently changed their iconic crinkle fries to a new straight fry style, and many loyal customers feel the change completely missed the mark. The crinkle fries were a fan favorite cooked to perfection, nostalgic, and part of the classic KFC experience in Bermuda.

Quite simply, customers do not like the new fries. Many people are asking the same question: who asked for this change? The crinkle fries were something people genuinely enjoyed, and removing them without explanation has left many customers frustrated.

The new straight fries just don’t measure up. Many customers feel they don’t have enough potato, lack the salt and flavor, and simply don’t deliver the same satisfying experience that the crinkle fries did!

To make matters worse, customers have already been adjusting to other menu changes, including the removal of some of the meal options that made ordering easier, with many now having to order chicken pieces individually instead. Changing the fries on top of that has only added to the frustration.

Fast food is about comfort, familiarity, and flavor, and the crinkle fries were part of that tradition in Bermuda. Sometimes the classics should stay exactly the way they are.

This petition asks KFC Bermuda to reconsider this decision and bring back the original crinkle fries ASAP!!!!
