Dans ce témoignage manuscrit extrêmement récent dont nous avons pris connaissance, cet homme de 43 ans explique avoir fait la connaissance d’Henda Ayari dans un cadre professionnel en mars 2013, soit un an après le viol dont elle dit avoir été victime. « A la suite, quelques jours après, elle voulait me revoir, me disant avoir besoin de réconfort. J’ai indiqué être marié, elle insistait, je refusais ses avances. Plus tard, elle est venue me trouver (...) me faisant des avances explicites», rédige ce fonctionnaire assermenté de profession qui poursuit : «Elle s’est mise en colère parce que je refusais, elle voulait absolument une relation intime, allant jusqu’à me suivre jusqu’à un rendez-vous. Elle m’a menacé de porter plainte pour viol si je n’acceptais pas une relation sexuelle avec elle, me harcelant des jours durant.» L’homme explique avoir vainement tenté de raisonner son interlocutrice. Leur dernière entrevue se serait ainsi soldée par des insultes. «Je n’ai jamais cherché à la rencontrer, je l’ai vue aux infos TV, j’ai pris l’initiative de témoigner car cela me troublait», ajoute-t-il pour justifier son initiative.
