Hello everyone, In just over two weeks, it will be the one year anniversary of when my 12-year-old cousin Tamir Rice was tragically shot to death by a Cleveland police officer. My family has been through a lot to try to bring justice for Tamir - from asking for charges to be filed against officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback to trying to get a special prosecutor appointed to this case.
