I call it a Decade of distress. 

Over the last ten years one of our surrounding neighbours has developed vexatious behaviour towards my family and people visiting the family home. Our front yard including an area that cannot be seen from the public road is monitored by this neighbour 24/7 on cctv installed under their roof aircon system. My Mum and I have reported this behaviour to the police and their response has been file a court application. I am disappointed by this response as I feel like every time the neighbour reports to the police they action the report but dismiss ours. 

My Mum and I are experience psychological stress and heightened anxiety on a daily basis as a result. We should not have to feel like this in our own home. The neighbour does have a history of successful lawsuit pay-outs and I am concerned this fuels their behaviour.  

I am asking my family, friends, friends of friends, anyone that knows me or my Mum to sign this petition to put a STOP to this behaviour. 

Remove all pending charges currently against my Mum.
Remove all active orders currently against my Mum. 

I would like to see action enforced against the neighbour for defaming my Mum on social media platforms and in person to other neighbours.  

I would like to see action enforced against the neighbour for unreasonable placement of cctv that is also not being used for appropriate use of security. 

I would like to see action enforced against the neighbour to prevent them from frivolously affecting my Mum in her role at the place of employment she has fulfilled duties at for more than 15 years. 

I would like to see action enforced against the neighbour for the psychological harm that has been inflicted on my family and I. This neighbour has not allowed any room for a harmonious neighbourhood. STOP this behaviour of vexatious complaints against my family. Just STOP. 

To my neighbour, I love my Mum so much and I will fight for her until my last breath.
