Have your say! Would you feel safe if your front property was being monitored 24/7?

This camera (taken on my iPhone 16 zoomed in from our lounge area), was installed about 5 years ago. Initially the neighbour had a camera installed under their backyard patio pointing at our property until action was taken and approved by the council to build a retaining fence. As a result, the neighbour installed this camera and has proactively fought the city council on retaining fence approvals. 

Personally, I do not feel safe being monitored every time I leave or return home 24/7. I feel my privacy is being violated and this behaviour is affecting my quality of life. I feel like I have become a prisoner in my own home. I must stay strong for my Mum though because she is affected by this too. 

Again, thank you for all the support you have shown us through this petition so far! Laws must change to strength the privacy and misuse of cctv footage. Laws must change to protect the wellbeing of people affected from vexatious behaviour.
