Most recently, the magistrate rejected the prosecutors request to adjourn Mum's plea any further due to sufficient time being allocated to gather any evidence from an incident that happened in April.

Following this result, today my Mum received information from our location police station of 6 complaints reported by the neighbour for allegedly breaching the VRO by standing at the top of our driveway and pulling a bin in closer. 

This is absurd! This is a clear example of the vexatious behaviour. I feel this a personal response to the outcome of the plea. This is not harmonious or civil. This is an adverse response because the neighbour wants to see my mum punished by the law more. Why should my Mum be punished? Why should I be punished? For moving a bin.
