Justice for SSC Aspirants: Cancel Eduquity Contract & Ensure Transparent Exam Process

Justice for SSC Aspirants: Cancel Eduquity Contract & Ensure Transparent Exam Process
The Issue
To
The Chairman, Staff Selection Commission (SSC),
Hon’ble Minister of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India
We, the undersigned citizens and aspirants of various SSC examinations, raise our serious concern regarding the recent mismanagement in SSC Phase-13 and other exams conducted under the supervision of Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Despite being a blacklisted and previously failed vendor, Eduquity was awarded the contract to conduct national-level SSC exams—affecting lakhs of candidates. This resulted in:
- Massive technical glitches (server crashes, system failures, login errors)
- Exam cancellations at many centres without prior notice
- Non-functional infrastructure (no rough sheets, no stationery, broken systems)
- Untrained staff and security violations
- Disparities in normalization of marks and questionable result processes
- Mental trauma and financial loss to thousands of students
These failures have shaken our trust in the SSC's recruitment process. It is unacceptable that students preparing for years are subjected to such irresponsible management.
We Demand:
- Immediate cancellation of Eduquity’s contract with SSC and blacklisting of the vendor.
- Third-party audit of recent SSC exams and their technical infrastructure.
- Fair and transparent normalization formula, publicly explained with each result.
- Re-exam or compensation for affected candidates wherever technical failure occurred.
- Accountability of SSC officials involved in the vendor selection process.
- Stronger exam center verification protocols and real-time grievance redressal systems.
We request you to protect the future of aspirants, ensure justice for affected candidates, and restore the credibility of SSC exams.
If no action is taken, we will be forced to take this matter to the Hon’ble courts and continue nationwide protests until accountability is ensured.
Sincerely,
Shubham Gedam
Balaghat M.P.
