I, Raja Dhandapani, a Professional Civil Engineer and Entrepreneur, seek immediate justice for the unlawful sealing of my business, Slim & Tone Lifestyle and Fitness Studio, Ambattur, Chennai. My business was forcefully shut down due to landlord misconduct, harassment, and police negligence, resulting in severe financial loss, defamation, and threats to my family’s safety.

The Issue:

1. Unjust Eviction Attempts & Harassment: My landlords, in collusion with my former business partners, have conspired to take over my business. They failed to honor financial commitments and later acted against me.
2. Wrongful Business Sealing: Despite having an ongoing legal case (OS No. 187/2022 in the Hon'ble District Munsif Court, Ambattur), my business was unlawfully shut down without due process.
3. Police & Greater Chennai Corporation - Zone-07 (Ambattur) - Revenue Department Corruption: Officials from Chennai Corporation - Zone 07 Revenue Department and Ambattur T6 Police Inspector have supported illegal activities, allowing these powerful individuals to misuse their influence. The CSR No.737/2022 dt.31-05-2022 Time: 18:00 has been live since May 31, 2022, with no action taken against the criminals by Police Inspector Ramasamy (at that time) of T6 Police Station. They just filed the CSR and left it at that. Till today, they haven't registered an FIR or taken any action against the culprits. Instead, they are sheltering them and acting in their favor.
4. Conspiracy Led by A. Selvakumar (DSP-CBCID): This officer misused his power, threatened me, and forcefully closed my gym. He played a key role in this conspiracy, enabling the illegal eviction.
5. Deliberate Targeting of a First-Gen Entrepreneur: After years of struggle from poverty, I built my business from scratch. But wealthy and powerful individuals are systematically destroying my life, my family's future, and my hard-earned business.
6. A Social Issue, Not Just a Rental Dispute: This is NOT just a landlord-tenant issue. This is a fight against corruption, abuse of power, and injustice affecting 500+ families, including our gym members who depend on this facility for their physical and mental health.

7. Emergency Situation – Unfair Judgment Imminent: Tomorrow (21-03-2025), a judgment is expected that will likely favor these unlawful actions, enabling my forced eviction.
   Our Demands:
   🔹 Immediate reopening of Slim & Tone Fitness Studio and protection from further unlawful actions.
   🔹 Strict legal action against landlords and individuals responsible for harassment and financial loss.
   🔹 Compensation for damages incurred due to wrongful eviction and business disruption.
   🔹 Police accountability for ignoring threats and failing to protect my rights.
   🔹 Investigation into Chennai Corporation - Zone 07 Revenue Department & Ambattur T6 Police for corruption & negligence.

   This injustice is not just about me; it sets a dangerous precedent for young entrepreneurs across Chennai. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. We must stop the unlawful harassment of business owners and demand fair legal protection!
