In simple terms, this means the case against E’Mani Green is not being thrown out at this time. The judge found that Shanquella Robinson’s family made good faith efforts to serve her with the lawsuit. This does not mean the case is over. It does not mean there has been a final ruling on what happened to Shanquella. What it means is that this attempt to get the case dismissed did not succeed, and the civil case can continue.
