Despite false claims being shared online, the case Robinson v. Jackson et al (Case No. 3:24-cv-01002-MOC-SCR) has not been dismissed. Multiple motions to dismiss—including arguments for improper venue, are still pending before the court. A hearing on these motions is scheduled for May 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 5A of the federal courthouse in Charlotte, North Carolina, before Judge Max O. Cogburn Jr. Most recently, on May 7, 2025, attorney Gary K. Sue entered a formal appearance on behalf of defendant Wenter Donovan (see attached)
