Justice for Sanjay Jain – Stop Hospital Negligence in India

The Issue

Sanjay Jain tragically lost his life due to gross medical negligence at FIMS Hospital, Sonipat. He was misdiagnosed, given wrong injections, and when his condition worsened, he was denied referral to Delhi where better treatment could have saved him. Within hours, his life was cut short — leaving behind grieving children and a devastated family.

Sadly, this is not an isolated tragedy. Many families in Sonipat have reported similar suspicious deaths at the same hospital. FIRs were registered, but justice has been delayed and denied. The system has allowed negligent hospitals and doctors to go unpunished, leaving every patient at risk.

For the last eight years, our family has been fighting relentlessly. Instead of justice, we faced politically influenced reports, cover-ups, and silence. In sheer despair, Sanjay’s brother began a hunger strike on 8 September 2025,  demanding answers and accountability.

This is not just about one family. If hospitals and negligent doctors are not held accountable, no patient in India is safe. Anyone who walks into a hospital seeking care could instead face neglect, denial, and tragedy.

We demand:

  • An independent medical board investigation by AIIMS/PGI experts into Sanjay Jain’s death.
  • Strict action against FIMS Hospital, Sonipat, and all doctors found guilty of negligence.
  • Stronger enforcement of patient safety laws so that such tragedies do not repeat.

Why this matters:
Justice for Sanjay Jain is not just justice for one man — it is justice for every patient in India. By supporting this petition, you stand against negligence, corruption, and impunity in our healthcare system.

🖊️ Sign this petition today and help us ensure that no more families lose their loved ones to hospital negligence. Every signature counts, and your voice can save lives.

👉 Together, let us say: Enough is enough. Patients deserve dignity, care, and justice.

A mother should never have to cry for her son’s justice. 7 years, and still no answer.
For 7 years, my father has been crying for justice for Sanjay Jain. Please don’t let his voice go unheard.
This is how patients are treated inside FIMS Hospital ICU. Negligence is killing lives.
