Hello,

It is with the deepest gratitude that we collectively want to say thank you for signing this petition on behalf of Rodger. Losing him was incredibly difficult, and we’ve all been supporting one another to process the grief. Our collective network of family and friends, and those that knew him, have been an invaluable resource during this difficult year. Together, we’re working on applying pressure on the justice system to hold Ms. Haq accountable for her actions. Our dad would be proud of us working
together as a team.

So what’s next you ask? The next court date is Wednesday, October 2 nd at 8:30am inside the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse- Department 18 (People of CA vs Julie Afaq Haq - 24LBCF00565) in Long Beach, CA. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s (LADA) Office will be presenting the basis of evidence against Julie Afaq Haq, and we will be sharing the petition with over 1,400 signatures to the LADA.
