Update: 12th October 2026
We have received the news that the defendants bail application has been adjourned. This means the defendant will not be released on bail on Wednesday the 14th of October, but we presume will only be applying for a future bail hearing on Wednesday instead. We will update once we know the date decided on by the court.
We obviously will be petitioning against this request for bail also, and with that established we would like to continue on with this petition. We ask you all to please continue to share the petition, to enable it to reach a wider audience. The more signatures we can obtain, the better.
