I want to start off by thanking everyone who has taken the time to either share or sign this petition to reopen my sister's case. We continue to be grateful for all the support we have received.

The photo I attached to this update captures a moment in time that will forever live in my heart. It is Justine and me on the day of my college graduation. I remember her telling me that day that she could not wait until it was her turn to graduate from college. My heart breaks when I think about the fact that my little sister died before reaching the milestone of graduating from college.
