Penguin was a 3 year old husky at the Lindon animal shelter in utah. He was randomly killed right before he was about to get adopted. He was killed using the gas chamber which is legal in 3 states including utah. 
we need to ban the gas chamber for animals and the unrightful killing of animals in shelters. Penguin needs Justice.
