Attention Luna Warriors : Update : Cat Squad has successfully brought a Legal Case against Luna's Owner and other Officials who protected the Owner and Not Luna. In 2019 after Ossining Police and SPCA refused to Enforce Ossining Tether Law after serious violations we committed with Luna being Chained Alone in 92 degree F temps.
This Case is now in Westchester State Supreme Court. We have raised funds to pay legal fees and now have a Trial Date which will be scheduled after the next court hearing on October 20th 2022. Cat Squad needs more funds now to resolve this Battle for Complete Surrender of Luna to an Animal Advocate who lives on many acres and has other Husky‘s.
We will need to pay a rescue group to evaluate Luna and help her “heal “ and prepare for Forever Home. Please know that Media is following this important story and will cover the Trial. If Cat Squad wins this groundbreaking case, it will set precedent to help other communities and chained Dogs as well.
