• I contacted the Westchester County DA to investigate the situation with Luna & they agreed to look into it
• I supplied them with a great deal of evidence regarding her treatment, suffering and the cruelty of her owner.  
• Their response Deputy Assistant DA Paul Noto the evidence was insufficient.  And that Ernie Lungaro SPCA HLE Officer who has not been honest about her treatment, told the DA “everything is fine” and “there’s no problem with Luna.”
• The DA’s office has refused to acknowledge the crimes committed by police officials, the SPCA officials and the dog owner.
