i finally got some answers about my case today. i called the judge's chambers & was informed that 2 orders were made on my case last week, first thing is... i was appointed a new attorney. i was able to speak with her & give a good briefing on what's REALLY happening. i figured I'd be denied my motion to go pro se. whatever- the 2nd order is that mifflin county judges have recused themselves! woop woop so now i will be having a new court date soon with a new judge. June 11th hearing no longer counts for the record (too bad for miffco, it's remaining on MY record)
