In light of news of David Latham's death I am changing some wording on this petition. We are STILL pushing for the Molly Law and for there to be more stringent laws on animal abuse. We need to speak up for those animals that need our voice. That need our help! This is something much bigger than one mans heinous crime. This happens all across the world in every town and at this very minute there is an animal being beaten and mistreated. Please keep the pressure on this violent crime~!

Molly the Corgi was a 13 month old beautiful pup that was the light of her furmoms eyes. She had lost another corgi to cancer and Molly was a gift for her to love and to be a balm to her heart. David Latham 55 of Washington who lived near by and was being bothered by a dog barking chose to act in a violent manner and shot the poor dog at point blank range. She wasnt the dog that was barking. The owners furious at what he had just done in their full view, the husband went to confront him and he brandished his weapon at him. The person who shot this beautiful young pup has pleaded not guilty and has said it was a pellet gun. Altho the necropsy done at the local vets office removed a bullet.  

 I am asking for this petition to go across America to Canada and abroad. The next victim may be a loud child. Would you want him as your neighbor and can he be allowed not to have this brought to light to all that may come in contact with him.
