Justice for Michael Jackson. -Reopen the case.

Justice for Michael Jackson. -Reopen the case.
The Issue
The physician was found guilty — yet served only a fraction of his sentence. Only 2 years in the prison!!!
He stood for the world. Now it’s time to stand for him.
The physician responsible for Michael Jackson’s death was found guilty — yet received a sentence of only four years.
In reality, he served roughly half of that time.
For many of us, this is difficult to understand.
How is it possible that actions leading to a death resulted in such limited accountability?
How is it possible that serious medical failures and repeated exposure to risk ended with such a low sentence?
This is not just about the past.
It is about whether justice was truly served.
That is why we are calling for the case to be independently and professionally re-evaluated.
Michael Jackson was not just a music legend. He was a man who helped children, the sick, and the most vulnerable. Around the world, he supported humanitarian efforts and worked to make the world a better place.
Today, we are faced with a fundamental question:
Was his death truly assessed in a fair and just way?
Available information indicates that:
propofol was administered repeatedly outside of a hospital setting,
the patient was exposed to prolonged and significant risk,
adequate medical care was not ensured,
there was a delay in calling emergency services,
resuscitation was not performed in accordance with basic medical standards.
These facts raise serious concerns as to whether the treating physician was aware that his actions could, with a high probability, lead to the patient’s death.
It is unacceptable that a physician with proper education and experience could claim to be unaware of the risks his actions posed.
This is not about emotion. This is about facts. And these facts deserve a new, independent, and expert evaluation.
Therefore, we request:
The reopening of the case and reassessment of the legal classification of the actions.
Independent expert evaluations in the fields of:
psychiatry,
clinical psychology,
and medicine (particularly anesthesiology).
Assessment of the following key questions:
whether the physician was aware that administering propofol in a home setting is inappropriate,
whether he was fully aware of the risk of respiratory arrest and death,
whether his actions constitute conscious endangerment of the patient’s life,
whether he was reconciled with the possibility of a fatal outcome.
Reassessment of the physician’s responsibility and the appropriate legal classification of his actions, in line with the severity of the consequences.
The purpose of this petition is not speculation or emotion, but an effort to achieve an objective, expert, and fair reassessment of the case.
In situations where such serious doubts exist, it is essential to use all available expert tools to clarify the truth.
