Seven arduous years have been spent in divorce and custody court battles. Despite the Judge and Texas Attorney General granting me my parental rights, my ex-wife has continuously flouted these orders. Every week, she appears in court with a different story, disregarding the very system meant to govern our lives and decisions. Her relentless actions have pushed me to seek public support, but garnering thousands of likes on social media is not enough to compel her obedience to courts.

My deep concern arises from the time when I was serving overseas in the military, stationed in South Korea. In my absence, my ex-wife would threaten the life of our child, claiming that my daughter was suffering from a fake heart disease and that she required money for treatment. These outrageous claims were mere manipulations, strategies to prey on my duty-bound nature and my love for my child.

In court-recorded conversations, she has disregarded court orders repeatedly, taking it upon herself to twist the truth. Even though the court can assign custody, it falls short of enforcing its orders to ensure I am able to see my daughter. My sole wish is to ascertain the well-being of my child, to know if she is alive, and to bring my ex-wife to justice for her repeated contempt of court.

I am calling for legal enforcement to uphold the court's decisions and protect my child's safety above all. Her continuous defiance not only undermines the integrity of the legal system but threatens the very life of my daughter.

Join me in urging the judicial system to take stricter action to ensure that court orders are respected and that my ex-wife is held accountable for any and all violations against them. It is imperative that we act swiftly to protect my daughter and uphold justice. Even if i must show every scar my wife has put on me. Were at over 200 missed court orders 1200 pages of court orders not followed through with and only proof that i went above and Beyond for my child. my only goal is to go to the sports games that i pay for.

Organizations like SSVF and NJSOS have Graciously provided my Daughter and I a two bedroom. The Army of hope has also Graciously furnished our apartment. its truly a blessing to have so many organizations are trying to help me reunite with my daughter. i know where she is but the mother just constantly lies every court order and testimony contradicts.

I literally leave to a better state to raise my child and she changes her story in court as i left ... its just classic ex wife drama. im sorry you have to read this. I will do all i can to Be the best Man. I am already the best father. i just need her to obey the courts so i can prove it!
