Justice for Kyron Horman

Justice for Kyron Horman
The Issue
Kyron Horman, 7 years old, went missing from Skyline Elementary School in Portland Oregon on June 4, 2010. He was taken to school by his step-mother, Terri Moulton Horman Vazquez, for their Science Fair which Kryon participated in. Terri took pictures of him, stated the last time she saw him, he was standing in the hallway of his school and she left. He left his jacket and his backpack in his room. The teacher says he never made it into her class, even though she saw him at the Science Fair. Kyron's teacher also stated that Terri told her she would be taking Kyron to the doctor. Therefore, that is the reason nobody was notified of him not being in class. Terri was seen leaving the school with Kyron, by multiple witness.
Kyron's father and Terri went to pick Kyron up from the bus stop at 3:30 pm. Kyron did not get off the bus.
Terri has given different versions of her time frame for the morning of June 4, 2010 and is unaccountable for a few hours of that morning. Dede Spicher was also unaccountable, at the same time as Terri and was working down the street from Kyrons school. Dede was working on a farm and when it was lunch time, she was being called in, but Dede couldn’t be found anywhere. Dede was missing for 3 plus hours, so was Terri and Kyron never made it home.
It became obvious, early on that Terri's version of her story wasn't adding up. Terri failed two polygraph tests and walked out on the third one. Terri wrote emails to friends, expressing her hatred for Kyron.
LE towed the Hormans truck in to be searched and looked over for any evidence. Kyrons DNA was found in the bed of the truck.
LE also found out thru a gardener that had worked for Terri, that approx. six months prior to Kyron going missing, she had tried to hire him to murder her husband, Kaine Horman, Kyron's father. There are also cell phone records showing Terri Horman "sexting" with a high school friend of Kaine's in and around the time that Kyron first went missing. It was xxxx-rated with explicit pictures of her being sent. To many, it shows no concern for Kyron. She has not handed out any flyers, posted any signs, nor has she participated in any searches for Kyron.
Kaine immediately filed for divorce and a restraining order against Terri to keep her from her daughter, approx. two years old (at the time). The Court granted it. She has not seen her daughter for 12 years, choosing to drop her petition to see her daughter because she would have had to testify and since this investigation is sill on-going, it would have not benefited her whatesover in this criminal matter.
She has since moved to Roseburg, OR to live with her parents for sometime, then moved to Clearlake, California, which is where she is now living and bought a new house and some cars. She has a job as a Mental Health Therapist. She is just living her life, while Kyron is missing.
It has been 12 long years that Kyron has been missing. Since then a book was released and it has shined more light on information that we did not know.
We ware here demanding justice for Kyron Horman. DA Mike Schmidt, we demand that you take action, it is time to bring Kyron home. We are here to remind you Mr. Schmidt, that waiting for justice for almost 12 years is just too long. It’s time to hold those who took Kyron, accountable for their actions. It’s time to bring Kyron home. Kyron matters!!
12 years is far too long!
