The Bartholomew County, prosecutor’s office of Lindsey Holden-Kay REFUSED to meet with Apspen’s owner Autumn!!

Autumn was told that THE CASE IS CLOSED!!!  IS IT? The Case CAN be re-opened.
ARE ALL OF YOU FINISHED WITH THIS CASE?!!

What the leaders are saying to you is they are not willing to listen to you and it doesn’t matter what you say.

We have over 1600 signatures (and growing) and almost $600 generously donated to the change petition that says all of you are NOT finished with this case and want your voices heard!!

We know that in these times every dollar counts. We will fight to make your voices heard, and to make every dollar you donated mean something. I do want to make a note that we do not receive any of that money, but change.org uses it to advertise the petition.

There is too much at stake!!! The very lives of our fur babies are at stake!!

The handling of this case  by our leaders is the same old pattern of the previous cases in this area.

The cases get some social media attention. Then it is crickets from the leaders. They make it difficult for any who questions them, then it’s the attitude of “there is nothing to see here.”

They want this to die down and go away.  Are we going to let that happen?

If we let this case go by without a charge, it would set a terrible precedent of what someone can do to your animal and go unpunished!!

Folks these officials and leaders forget that they work for us. We pay their salaries. It is time they start acting like it!

If we don’t change this pattern, it will come to you.

Today it is Autumn and her baby Aspen; Tomorrow it will be you and your baby….

I know true animal lovers don’t want to see this happen to any animal.

We are going to start covering some of the previous cases so you can see the pattern for yourself.

We will also be reiterating issues to keep things clear.

One is it is it illegal in Indiana to neglect or abandon an animal- IC 35-46-3-7.

As I have previously stated, it must be brought by the local officials before the state can act - the local Prosecutor- Bartholomew County Prosecutor Lindsey Holden-Kay.

812-379-1670. Address 234 Washington St., Columbus, IN 47201.

Please contact the prosecutor and let her know we want charges filed in this case, and want a meeting with her!

It has been difficult to reach them by phone. We are looking for an email and will be working on other ways to contact her.

The state has informed Autumn of other laws that have been allegedly broken in this case.

We truly want to thank you for all of your support, generosity and standing with us!!

Thank you for speaking for the precious innocent animals who can’t speak for them-selves!!!

This IS what it is all about!!
