Mathew Berry tortured and abused both of my dogs, Kirby and Daisy. The police and prosecutors have (so far) declined to press charges. 

I witnessed every second of the torture and killing. The state's attorneys and police say my witness statement means nothing because I'm the only witness. The vet reports denote abuse and blunt force trauma as the cause of deaths of my dogs, but still the system says that is not good enough. The vet that received Kirby's body said there is undeniable evidence that my dog was tortured, yet the state's attorneys and police are saying that means nothing.

On May 4, Mathew Berry violently abused my 1 year old dog Daisy. She bled out internally and died an hour later of blunt force trauma.

On June 23, I witnessed Mathew Berry torture and abuse my dog Kirby for 14 hours until Kirby died in my arms as I rushed to get him to the vet.

EVERYBODY (judges, lawyers, detectives) tell me how egregious this case is and that there is NO DOUBT abuse occurred. They are not pursuing charges. The system is telling Mathew Berry it is okay that he killed two sweet, innocent dogs. They are letting him off to do it again.

Help me get justice for my dogs. The system is saying they do not care about animals or criminals who harm animals, especially pure, innocent little dogs. Let them know that is NOT okay. Help us get justice for Kirby & Daisy.
