A few months ago I received notification that my ex-son-in law won his case against William Dehayes for the sum of three million dollars. Mr. Dehayes told the court he would file bankruptcy. In August of this year I received notification from Greg King (Brad King's Brother) that Carson and I would have two weeks to file a reason with the court in Orlando why Dehayes request for Bankruptcy should not be granted. Of course I was not involved in the lawsuit so I took no action. On November 6, 2017 I received notice that William Dehayes was granted his bankruptcy so he will not have to pay the three million dollars. So he gets away with murder and he gets away with not paying financially for his crime. I don't care about the money I never did because it's blood money. The only one who cared was my ex-son in law. I am extremely happy he is getting NOTHING especially after not giving Nicky anything of his mother's-not even the pictures of him and his mother to remember her by. My ex-son in law got rid of my daughter's ashes and all of her belongings. I would later find out that he was out looking for women before Kat's body was even cold. He swore he would never marry again, he did and they live in the house that he and Katherine bought together. He never filed probate either. I pray that his new wife doesn't end up with the same fate as my pregnant daughter shot and killed by one of my ex- son in laws friends. There is no justice in Hernando County.
