July 23, 2017 I wrote a letter to Sheriff Nienhuis asking why he fired Sgt Gisele Dunn and didn't fire the detective who did not do his job. I never got an answer from him. I also asked for a sit down to discuss this with him and got no answer. I can imagine the embarrassment he must feel after one of his detectives allowed a killer to go free and then a year later the killer is out shooting his guns again endangering residents of Hernando County because one of his detectives did not do their job. I am baffled why he fired this Sgt. Dunn when she violated policy and not the detective who violated policy. Is it because she is a woman?
Then there is the Governor Rick Scott. March 14, 2015 I wrote to the Governor and begged him to appoint a special prosecutor on my daughters case as I feel Peter Magrino and Brad King are both incompetent and both are pro- cops.( which is understandable since both were cops prior to becoming lawyers. Everyone knows cops stick together like flies on shit. Yes I come from a family of cops.)
this is a copy of the letter I got back from Scott's Office:
Dear Ms. Bryan,
Thank you for contacting Governor Rick Scott requesting the appointment of a special prosecutor. Governor Scott is sorry to learn of the death of your
daughter and grandson and expresses his sincere condolences. The Governor asked me to respond on his behalf.
Florida law gives the Governor the authority to assign state attorneys from one jurisdiction to prosecute crimes in another jurisdiction. This authority is
appropriate in unusual situations, typically when the state attorney informs the Governor there is a conflict of interest within the office, and he or she cannot
be impartial. This authority, however, is not designed to allow the Governor to review or second-guess the actions of the state attorney.
The Florida Constitution limits the Governor’s intervention in criminal investigation and prosecution. The state attorney is an elected official charged with certain discretionary duties, including the duty to determine whether or not it is appropriate to prosecute any particular crime committed within his or her jurisdiction. This decision is based on the quality and
quantity of the evidence of guilt shown, and in the best interest of justice.
The state attorneys operate independently of the Governor's Office, and as elected officials, they answer only to the voters of their individual jurisdictions. To assist you, I forwarded your correspondence to the state attorney's office for their review.
The person who can best answer your legal questions and concerns is a private attorney. The Florida Bar offers a Lawyer Referral Service which you may
contact by calling toll-free at (800) 342-8011, or by writing to the address below.

So interestingly enough, I had help from an attorney on this case who helped me write out the whole case and his office refers me to the Florida Bar.
Then comes the case with State Attorney Aramis Ayla the first black woman to become a State Attorney in the state of Florida. Rick Scott took approximately 28 cases from Ayla to give to none other than Brad King yes the king of the death penalty to prosecute because Ayla said she would not seek the death penalty in a cop killer case. Aramis Ayla took it to the Supreme Court and of course the Supreme Court Judges who are all appointed by Rick Scott agreed with Rick Scott and Ayla lost the case. To me this means Rick Scott is a LIAR and the only reason he is trying to please the public with his pretend caring of how people made out with this catastrophic hurricane is because he wants Senator Bill Nelson's seat and he needs the votes. The snowballing to the public and making them think he is good and caring is all bullshit.
Then there is the killer William Dehayes- Carson Hoover won the lawsuit he filed against William for three million dollars and William held to his promise he made in court and filed Bankruptcy so the man gets away with it all murder of my daughter and grandson. My son in law Carson Hoover doesn't care as he was out screwing around with other women before my daughter was even cold and this past year he remarried. I pray for this girl he married that she doesn't get killed. Yes I know about it all Carson. I have spoken to your sister-in-law.
I am pleading for help to get justice for my daughter and grandson they had a civil right to live. I even tried getting the ACLU to help me and they won't. I guess the right to life is not a civil matter. When they say and justice for all or all men are created equal it's a lie. There is no justice in Florida only liars, thieves and criminals.
Governor Scott I believe you lied to me and I would like you to appoint a special prosecutor on my daughters case as I feel there is a conflict of interest being Brad King and Peter Magrino were both cops prior to becoming attorneys and they have a history of protecting and covering up deeds done by cops for example the Michelle O'Connell case which you did appoint a special prosecutor however Brad King is the same man who refused to prosecute that case once again a cop was involved and Jeremy Banks the killer still roams free today and still works for the St Johns sheriff's office
