This in reference with the unjust and cruel treatment given to junior residents of Rajkot Medical College. The seniors who thinks themselves as the high authority treats their junior with harsh and trash talks. 

Why am I bringing this to notice is because, I know someone from a close circle who's son is studying there and is going through a very tough time. A brilliant student and a bubbly child, who is just dragging himself to complete the course. 

They make the junior residents work 36 hours without even blinking their eyes. The so called " Seniors" are sleeping and making them work. To which once the Jr. residents falls asleep and damn they torture them mentally and make them feel that napping for 15 mins during 36 hours shift is a nightmare.

This petition is on behalf of all the family members who have sent their sons and daughters to study and become a doctor. But with this nightmare they have been affecting their mental health and loosing hope on humanity.

If doctors are like this then, humanity does not exist.

Please help me sign this, so that this unjust treatment should be stopped and Jr. Residents get better to learn.
