I pray all is well.
I was enlisted into a harrowing battle by the Commonwealth of Virginia when they wrongfully convicted, tortured and abused my son Jowell Travis Le Gendre from October 2018 to August 2023. That battle escalated to a full blown WAR when they tortured and murdered Jowell on Thursday, August 24, 2023! I then identified 3 objectives… 3 precise battles I would undertake: 1. Bring my son’s abuser(s) and murderer(s) to justice according to all related laws in both this realm and the spiritual realm. 2. Secure and obtain adequate and substantial financial restitution for ALL the pain and suffering that my son and our family have endured from September 18, 2018 to August 24, 2023, and what my family and I will endure for the rest of our lives due to the trauma inflicted on us. 3. Finish Jowell’s fight to clear his name!
I have been working on a birthday project for my son Jowell. He would have been 36 yrs old on Thursday, October 17, 2024. As previously shared, Jowell was murdered because he insisted on fighting to clear his name of a Wrongful Conviction for sex crimes, thereby exposing corrupt Virginia Court Officials.
He published his book “The Truth, Yet I’m Not Free” in December 2021 after being sentenced to 30+ years for a crime he did not commit. A crime his false accuser Naomi Helene Beckman Gaba, her father/ stepfather DC Attorney, Steven Jon Gaba, Appointed Defense Attorney, Anthony David Martin, Charlottesville Commonwealth’s Attorney, Joseph Daniel Platania and Charlottesville Circuit Court Judge Richard Earle Moore all knew that, based on irrefutable evidence, Jowell was not guilty of committing!!!
The Birthday Edition of The Truth was published on Thursday, October 17, 2024 to honor my son and present the proof of his innocence to the world. This edition contains 800+ pages of court transcripts as well as a few photos of my son’s savagely beaten body, that directly refute all Virginia Department of Correction Press Releases surrounding my son’s death.
Jowell released his book free to the public in an effort to get the word out. Keeping in the spirit of honoring his wishes, I have decided to post the link to the pdf copy of the Birthday Edition here in this petition.
My family and I are still being denied justice for Jowell. Over the past year we have endured the same rights violations and collusion between various villainous Virginia government entities as my son faced the last five years of his life. My family and I fully understand that it is unheard of for a white female, who comes from a family with money to throw around, to falsely accuse a young black male with a criminal history… of sex crimes, successfully enabling his wrongful conviction. We understand that law enforcement, government and court officials are ALWAYS honest, act with the utmost integrity and NEVER conspire to break the laws they have sworn to uphold. We understand that these entities historically DO NOT cover and lie for each other, and have NEVER banded together refusing to provide their expertise to assist in holding their peers accountable to the laws of the land. We understand this has NEVER happened before in US History!
Nevertheless, we ask that you all take the time to read the attached pdf for yourselves. Look at what they did to my son, then lied about it. Witness how they STILL conspire and collude to cover up their cowardly deeds. See what my son faced at the hands of these God Fearing, Law Abiding Saints. Enlighten yourselves regarding what my family and I are currently dealing with as we seek justice.
