I pray all is well.
I have a couple updates regarding Jowell's murder investigation. I will address the other update in a future post as I Am still emotionally, mentally and spiritually processing it.
The post image you are viewing consists of two forged copies of the Certificate/ Letter of Qualification mailed to me from April Morgan Huff, Master Deputy Clerk, Wise County and Norton City Circuit Court in Virginia, USA. I have since received the original copies (cropped out of above photo due to size limitations). Please excuse the grease stains. I anointed the documents with prayer oil COMMANDING Revelation Knowledge and Exposure of ALL involved parties and Receipt of the Original Documents and the return of My Son's Death Certificate!
As a result, I have filed a formal misconduct complaint with the Virginia Bar Association. Please read my submitted complaint below.
"1. Master Deputy Clerk April Morgan Huff initially made several attempts to dissuade me from applying for Executorship over my son's estate for his Wrongful Death Lawsuit stating only an attorney could file despite the fact that I advised her that I was filing pro se, had already provided all necessary codes and had a deadline of 02/2024 to file my Notice of Intent. 2. Ms. Huff mailed the Certification document with my son's death certificate to an address other than my listed mailing address. 3. Ms. Huff mailed 2 forged copies of the Certification. The document shows evidence of the "certify date" whited out, omitting the necessary codes, consisting of her wet blue ink signature and embossed with the court seal. 4. I contacted Clerk Dezarah Juliette Hall via email on 04/15/2024 advising of the incidents, attaching photos of the forged documents, requesting corrected Certifications and the return of my son's death certificate. Ms. Hall emailed her apologies on 04/17/2024, advised she had spoken to Ms. Huff and would mail copies of the Certification.
I received the original Certificate copies with a "certify date" of 01/31/2024 containing the necessary codes, payment receipts and my sons death certificate on 04/17/2024 and the promised copies on 04/20/2024.
Under Virginia Code § 18.2-172, forgery is the creating or altering of a false document with the intent to injure or defraud an individual. Forged documents that can result in a person's arrest can include public records, certificates, bank notes or coins, or other legal documents that affect the victim's legal rights. In Virginia, forgery is a felony crime, regardless of the amount or value of the forged document. § 18.2-172. If any person forge any writing, other than such as is mentioned in §§ 18.2-168 and 18.2-170, to the prejudice of another's right, or utter, or attempt to employ as true, such forged writing, knowing it to be forged, he shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony.
Under Virginia Code § 18.2-472. False entries or destruction of records by officers. If a clerk of any court or other public officer fraudulently make a false entry, or erase, alter, secrete or destroy any record, including a microphotographic copy, in his keeping and belonging to his office, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and shall forfeit his office and be forever incapable of holding any office of honor, profit or trust under the Constitution of Virginia.
Under 18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy: Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
These incidents have added to the emotional, mental and physical trauma I and my family have endured due to the Wrongful Death of my son.
As previously stated, my deadline to file Notice of Intent was February 24, 2024 as my son was murdered on August 24, 2024. The document was not received in time. If I had not been assigned as Administrator by Newport News Circuit Court on December 6, 2024 and mailed out my Notice of Intent that same day. Ms. Huff and whoever advised her to forge court documents would have succeeded in causing me to miss my deadline, thereby denying me my legal right to file my son's Wrongful Death Lawsuit in the Virginia Western District Court Big Stone Gap Virginia. Ms. Huff was not aware that I had already submitted my Notice of Intent to Virginia Attorney General Jason Stuart Miyares on December 6, 2023. Furthermore, if I had unknowingly presented that forged document to a court official when filing my son's Wrongful Death Lawsuit, I may have been accused of forging the document myself and subjected to legal ramifications. I Am a Virginia Notary Public sworn under oath. I would not have realized the documents were missing information and/ or tampered with as a regular citizen. This crime and abuse of trust cannot be ignored and must be dealt with accordingly!"
My family and I have endured various incidents of interference from Virginia officials, officers and employees while handling this horrific ordeal. I will reveal more as time goes on and will post the 2nd update in the coming days.
