I spoke with the District Attorney today and wanted to share a positive update. The delay in this case was due to Wolfin undergoing a required psychological evaluation, which does take time. Those results are now back and confirmed that he is competent. In addition, a new attorney was requested, and they needed time to fully review the case in its entirety. While these steps caused delays, they also mean the process is moving forward properly. This is exactly why our campaign matters. Keeping pressure, visibility, and community support behind this case is essential to ensure things continue moving in the right direction. Let’s keep pushing. Let’s keep sharing.
