Please help my family seek prison time not probation! Ija Hall was a foster parent for my 2 year old niece, Jaci. She abused Jaci and multiple other children every day in her home. This evil woman held Jaci down in scalding hot water causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her feet, legs, buttocks and private area. Jaci spent a month in the hospital unable to walk or hardly move. She has undergone multiple surgeries including skin grafts and still has laser surgeries to overcome. She has to wear silicone compression socks 23 hours a day and still deals with pain and intense itching from her scars. Jaci is permanently scarred and disfigured from the intentional and cruel act this monster inflicted upon her.

The Sedgwick County prosecution offered Ija Hall a plea agreement of 36 months probation for a guilty plea and the judge said he almost always follows the plea agreement.

Probation is NOT an appropriate punishment for this crime. Please let Judge Pittman know that this woman deserves the maximum prison sentence by signing this petition. Thank you!
