The Issue

4 Survivors of Ireland’s Industrial and Reformatory Schools have been on hungerstrike for the past 36 days and nights sleeping in a tent at the back of Dáil Eireann.  All children endured unimaginable hardships , cruelty as children and yet continue to face injustices even after the State's acknowledgment of the harm inflicted upon them. We call upon the Irish Government to urgently address this issue.
For the many survivors who still experience discrimination and systemic neglect, life's challenges are compounded by the lack of adequate support systems.
The experiences of survivors must be at the forefront of any policy discussions and decision-making
We are asking the government.

1 H.A.A. medical card.

2 Full state contributory pension

Sign our petition to advocate for justice, fair treatment, and equality for the survivors of Ireland’s Industrial and Reformatory Schools. Demand that our rights are recognized and listen to our voices  for the remaining 4,000 survivors

Thank you
