A massive, organized real estate scam has been uncovered in Ambernath, Maharashtra, involving illegal constructions, fake documents, and systemic corruption by:

📢 What We Demand:
We respectfully call upon the President of India, the Prime Minister, and the Maharashtra Government to:

✅ Register FIRs against all builders, officials, architects, and registrars involved
✅ Launch a criminal investigation under relevant IPC and anti-corruption laws
✅ Seize documents, bank accounts, and properties of the accused
✅ Refer the case to CBI, ED, and EOW for financial fraud and money laundering probe
✅ Direct MahaRERA and UDD to revoke illegal project registrations and stop construction
✅ Investigate banks like HDFC for home loans issued on fraudulent documentation
✅ Suspend and prosecute corrupt public servants involved in the scam

This scam is not just about money — it’s about trust, safety, and justice. Hard-working families have lost their life savings. They face insecure housing, mounting legal battles, and mental anguish because of greedy developers and corrupt officials.

We urge the Government to take immediate, strict, and transparent action to bring all culprits to justice and safeguard the rights of Indian citizens.
