Hi everyone,
I know it's early in the investigation process (into the murder of Garrett Foster), but from what I've seen circulating on social media, certain entities are trying to paint this slaying as an act of self-defense. These false online narratives are spreading misinformation and lies regarding Garrett, his firearm and what happened Saturday night on Congress Ave.
I fear we will have to fight like hell to see an unbiased, fair investigation and legal proceeding. Please share this petition so we can help convey the importance of this (potentially politically motivated) assassination of an American protester.
