Hoping that with the help of public awareness and hundreds of loud voices demanding justice we can get the US Attorney for the District of NJ and the NJ Attorney General to investigate these criminal dealings that has destroyed my life and the lives and businesses of so many other hardworking gasoline fuel station business owners.

I am a widow and senior citizen in Basking Ridge NJ who has lost my thriving 30-year gasoline dealership and livelihood to corruption, criminal fraud dealings, and corporate greed. After my husband Frank passed away, I discovered through an audit that Lehigh Gas/Cross America Partners had been stealing thousands of dollars from us on a regular basis using unethical and daily bad accounting practices, as well as incorrect bank wire transfers. After realizing I had discovered this, Leigh Gas decided I had to go. 
This company saw a big opportunity in my husband’s death and in my vulnerability and quickly took advantage of it, causing me great hardship and financial ruin by cold heartedly forcing me out. After 30 years of hard work Lehigh Gas/Cross America Partners, forced me out through corruption. They made illegal back room deals and used many altered documents. Under false pretenses our business was stolen. 

 Not given a chance to grieve, Lehigh Gas immediately pounced and destroyed our business and me with their constant bad behavior.  They threatened, intimidated, bullied, harassed and lied as they continued stealing thousands of dollars of our funds. They regularly could be seen day and night sitting across the street from my business, as well as my home. They illegally obtained access into my personal and business emails and tapped into my business and personal cell phones. 
I was led to believe through my attorneys that my rights were being protected, that they were helping me, and I was safe. But soon found that wasn’t true at all.
My attorneys had become very untrustworthy and I soon discovered they had been “lured” $$ to the other side. 
I was receiving unequal treatment.  Unfair back room deals were being made behind closed doors. I was not allowed to speak at court sessions.  No discovery was allowed nor done. I saw several documents that were illegally altered and easily submitted and accepted by the courts. What kind of lawyer walks away the day before a settlement conference? 
Didn’t these guys take an Oath to serve and protect? 
Had a fake eviction notice (I caught) that was delivered by a questionably dressed County Sheriff officer and I was told I should forget about everything that has happened.  
A few of my local community finance and attorney friends took a look at many of the legal (illegal) documents & Court Dockets and found them to be quite disturbing. They stated they could never do to anyone what was done to me. My Legal Rights were violated and taken from me! 

Lehigh Gas/Cross AmericaPartners is a dishonest, greedy wholesale fuel distributing company located in Allentown, Pennsylvania with thousands of fuel stations located up and down the US Eastern Seaboard and more, with geographical footprints in 34 states. They have been continuously involved in many questionable illegal activities that have led to the destruction of thousands of gasoline dealerships in and around many of our surrounding states, including several hundred located right here in New Jersey.

Cross America Partners has been unfairly and dishonestly raking in millions of dollars with their corporate greed and toxic behavior. They have manipulated the system with the help of attorneys and politicians to illegally force out small business owners like myself. They need to be held accountable.

This petition is not just about Frank; it's also about all those other hardworking individuals who've also had their rights and livelihoods stolen from them by this corrupt organization. It's for all those years Frank worked tirelessly for our business, only for it to be snatched away under dubious circumstances. 

We are calling on The US Attorney for the District of New Jersey - Philip R. Sellinger and The New Jersey State Attorney General - Matthew J. Platkin to conduct a thorough Criminal Fraud Dealings Investigation into these allegations against Lehigh Gas/Cross America Partners. We demand transparency in their dealings and accountability for any wrongdoing found.

Help stop this ongoing corruption that’s been threatening and destroying our small businesses here in New Jersey!!
