Ernesto Castellon is an 18 year old father, son and brother who was sentenced to four life sentences in a Smith county courthouse on drug & gun related charges along with assaulting a police officer. We understand he deserves time but four life sentences is CRUEL. We feel as if this was an act of racism and discrimination by Judge Reeve Jackson and district attorney Jacob Putman. Smith county has a history for being corrupt, if you’re a local I encourage you to read the book Smith County Justice, available on Amazon. This young man is a father and a family oriented man. He meant no harm. No one was killed and the officer was hardly injured. Pedophiles are getting less time than him. He’s only 18 and his life has been ruined because of this judge. Please help us not only get justice for Ernesto by lowering his prison sentence, but help us end the racism and corruption in our city.
