Petition Update – Removal of Juanita Avila

Thank you all for your continued support and signatures. I wanted to give you an important update.

The San Jose Police Department is currently reviewing all submitted statements, and the District is also conducting their own review. We expect to have a more concrete update toward the end of August, and I will share the exact date with you as soon as it’s confirmed.

So far, everything is looking positive. We are confident that the truth is coming to light and that our efforts will protect the heart of Eastridge Little League—a league built with years of dedication, love, and commitment from our community. This league belongs to the families, players, and volunteers who have worked tirelessly for the kids, not to someone whose actions serve only their own interests.

We believe the outcome will lead to a new election, giving us the chance to move forward the right way—with transparency, honesty, and integrity. We will need your continued support to ensure we do this properly and without fraud.
