Many, many thanks to the 578 people (so far) who have signed the petition asking the Oklahoma Co. DA to review the charges filed against the defendant who hit & killed Mr. Clifton Howard. The petition results & all comments were sent to the District Attorney on 01/16/2023. This was also forwarded to the news reporter from KFOR who handled the news report. To date, there has been no response. The next Preliminary Hearing date for the defendant is 03/08/2023. The defendant remains free on $5,000 bail. Oklahoma County case:  CF-2022-4045, State v. Cabral.
