Please find attached the declaration by the victim's family members stating that the accused, Pranesh Rai, must be given the strictest punishment by the law and will NOT BACK DOWN in this case no matter what may come. Among the signatories in this document are:

1. Accused Pranesh Rai's mother (Nisha Gurung),

2. Victim Chitrakala Gurung's immediate family:- Nabin Gurung (husband), Suvam Gurung(son), Suviyam Gurung(daughter),

3. Other members of the victim's family.

The document has been duly recieved by the Officer-In-Charge of Pulbazar Police Station, Sri. Avijit Biswas, S.I. of Police, Darjeeling on 20th March, 2022
