Chad’s PCRA has been sitting with no decision since 2019 — six long years of silence while he remains behind bars for something he didn’t do. So we’re taking the next step. This week, I’ll be submitting a full application to the Exoneration Project on Chad’s behalf. I prepared everything, and once Chad signs it, it will be officially sent in for review.
