I’ve updated this petition to better share my mom’s story and explain what’s really happening in Chad’s case. Many people didn’t realize that his PCRA — the legal motion asking the court to review his wrongful conviction — has been sitting with no decision since 2019. For almost six years, our family has been waiting for answers that never come. The truth has been ignored for far too long. I rewrote the petition to make sure people understand the facts, the injustice, and why this fight means everything to us.
