Why have these carers and social workers not been charged with perverting the course of justice ?

Our experience directly mirrors that of those accused by Carl Beech who has been jailed for perverting the course of Justice - I think should have been manslaughter too because he obviously contributed to the deaths of some of the accused and today a judge has said that the police action may be unlawful.

In our case neither the girls and social workers involved have been charged with perverting the course of justice nor the police for unlawful action.
