Gilberto and his wife, Papricia Bonales have used their position as a school Principal and Teacher to intentionally mislead the police, detectives, the neighborhood I lived in, the eviction court, family court, and every single person they have spoken to regarding their brother’s attempt to murder me on June 17th, 2022.

Gilberto and his wife intentionally lied to everyone they could stating that I only dated Ben Bonales for a few months, that I am crazy, that Ben was not a caretaker for Max and Aiseirigh, my dogs and that everything in the house belonged to Ben.

The undisputable facts are, Ben and I dated for close to a year, were trying to have a baby, shared finances and were creating a home together.

Gilberto states that on April 23rd 2022 Ben tells him that I am crazy. I have provided the court with Ben’s words on the previous day and our entire day on April 23rd. Gilberto is painting his brother as a Man that would call a woman crazy and then try to beat her to death. Clearly this is about monetary gain and not honoring his brother. This is the legacy he leaves his brother’s son, to remember his father by. When the truth is, Ben believed he loved me from the bottom of his heart. He was suffering from the emotional trauma that is so hard to overcome when you are a victim of abusive parents and family members. Ben reacted in the most violent way possible, to my choice to end the relationship and protect myself. I am forever affected by Ben’s actions, but I WAS NOT WRONG in my actions.

I have questioned whether I died and went to hell regularly since this awful day. I would have never expected to be treated in such a vile way by Riverside, Victim Services, and the State of California.

I was abducted from my home in November 2022, my front door left wide open, my dogs let go and I was taken to a lock down mental facility? WHY? It certainly makes more sense now. A school Principal and a teacher have been telling everyone I was squatting in a house that had been blown up by a SWAT Team and that, I am crazy. I have submitted a 69 page declaration proving Gilberto and Papricia Bonales have intentionally lied.

These people have stolen from me so much more than physical property that they blatantly took. Their actions speak to their veracity which is nothing short of pure EVIL and Self Serving. They want Ben’s Assets. They have successfully taken my assets and Ben’s and will stop at nothing to slander my character and destroy my ability to survive.

I’ve been left no choice but to ask for public support. The District Attorney’s office and the City of Riverside has victimized me in ways I could have never imagined. I have lived through hell. I WILL be holding everyone legally accountable and that includes the District Attorney’s office for failing to do their job and leaving me to live with my perpetrator’s biological matter and dangerous chemicals, for unlawfully abducting me and imprisoning me, placing me with violent individuals, putting my perpetrator’s bills in my name and allowing me to endure this torture.

Gilberto and Papricia are willing to change Ben’s son’s name to make the court believe I was not a part of his life. They first called him Bengie with a G and now Tommy, in an intentional attempt to mislead the court.

Gilberto and his wife have been stalking me since this happened. I’ve seen their Mazda following me on more than four occasions. Gilberto has subscribed to my YouTube channel and favorited a video of my injuries. He’s interacted with me using fake social accounts and is actively stalking me.

Given that on all accounts I could never have expected Ben to try to murder me, and I know it comes from the awful abuse he suffered as a child, I’m aware that Gilberto and his brother shared a similar childhood. Gilberto’s actions leave me certain that my life is in danger. Gilberto has numerous guns and assault weapons in his possession and is more capable of violently snapping than his brother ever was.

I’ve asked the court to grant me a protective order from Gilberto Bonales. The judge is Natalie Lough, an assistant District Attorney. One would assume that this is pointless, however, I’ve accomplished what I intended to and have already made the facts clear for everyone.
