Here is an update on this petition.
A woman from Rob Bonta's office contacted me in early October. She emailed me a email address for the Omsbudsman for CALVCB and included the main CALVCB contact number as resources for me. I already had the main number and that is of no use to me. I emailed the Omsbudsman for CALVCB with renewed hope only to receive a email stating that I had been denied resources which I am well aware. I do not have a safe place to live. Shortly after being assaulted and talking to police I called this phone number I had for this woman. I was in tears begging for help. Her words to me "I am not going to sit on the phone with you". "I am have having my own personal experience." (spoken with the most annoyed high pitch inflection in her voice). She hung up the phone and I have never heard from Rob Bonta's office again.
I am being stalked by Gilberto Bonales. I filed for a restraining order on October 6th, when Gilberto used his own YouTube account to subscribe to mine. My youtube features Fortnite gameplay for my niece and nothing else. Gilberto has favorited the video featuring my injuries on YouTube.
Gilberto has an attorney and has submitted a declaration. In Gilberto's declarations he doubles-down and makes huge statements that I have proved without a doubt to be complete lies. Gilberto is painting a picture of his brother that is far from accurate and clearly is doing a disservice to his brother and his brother's son. Gilberto claims that on April 23rd he and his wife visited Ben at his house. Gilberto asks Ben "are you still dating that girl?" Ben says "no. She's hot but crazy". Gilberto also claims I only dated Ben for two months.
The only problem with that is I have text messages from Ben starting in July 2021 going to June 16th, 2022. Ben, his son, myself and my brother attended a sound bath in Landers CA. on April 23rd 2022. I have pictures, video, texts, reservations and payment details for the day. I also dated Ben for close to a year. We remodeled and redecorated the house we shared and were trying to have a baby and build a family. The court date for this restraining order is coming up and I have zero faith that I will receive a protective order. I was also turned down remote appearance and the judge is the assistant DA for Riverside.
I continue to reach out for help. I cannot support my dogs any longer. I have nothing. I have given all of my property as payment to have a roof over my head however it is a very very bad situation and I do not and am not able to do anything in my current situation to help myself or my future. It's painful everyday but I refuse to give up.
I reached out to Margaret Petros from Mother's against Murder a California Non-Profit. Margaret said she would help me if I sent her all of the sensitive documents pertaining to my assault and the application for CALVCB. I sent her everything including my personal documents and paystubs with all of my personal information. I never heard from Margaret. I received read receipts from the emails and pleas for help but Margaret never responded. This type of response has been the most defeating experience that I have had to overcome COUNTLESS times. I refuse to be quiet. I will have a voice. I wrote a comment on her Non Profits Facebook page that outlined my experience. She went on a personal attack and called me a racist, dangerous and "not a victim". She states that I am racist because she is a immigrant, which I was completely unaware of. My mother married my black step-dad when I was eight years old. I have always been so very proud of my black family and their contribution to the Civil Rights movement. I'm not a racist Margaret. I'm a survivor, surviving you and people like YOU.
I reached out to the Corona H.O.P.E team. I did not know what that stands for. I was told they work miracles and can help me. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol and I am not mentally ill other than PTSD. I spoke to Officer Ramirez who is a HOPE officer. She pulled up my drivers license and immediately states She does not have any resources for me. She didn't ask me any questions just stated no she has no resources.
I have called hundreds of phone numbers from non-profits, churches, public help, that I have acquired over the last year. There has never been one instance where someone has tried to help me or offered me any help. Every single resource I have applied for has been denied down to utility assistance while living in a house with no windows that was blown up by the Riverside SWAT Team. This is extremely concerning. I was making just under six figures when this happened and am now unemployable because I've had to make this public. I have no choice and the other people that are suffering like me deserve to know they are not alone.
